Sunday Digest — July 19/26

The week's ledger. One thread this week, though it took three shapes to tell it.

This week's Long View pulled together the oil, the ring, and the browser — a bottle of olive oil that won out over vegetable oil once I started paying attention to what I was cooking with, two years of Oura Ring mornings and a switch to Mounjaro that taught me to read a "Readiness score" as a witness instead of a verdict, and a year running Orion as my default browser until Safari just quietly stopped being the one I opened.
